Looking for a lodger for a new built house, newly decorated STRATA home. Preferably female but not essential and ideally professional.
The lodger will have access to the ground floor DOUBLE BEDROOM with their own EN SUITE shower room/toilet.
Shared kitchen/living area is on the second floor.
There is a private parking space at the back of the house.
The property is in walking distance to Barnsley town centre/Barnsley hospital/train station.
I do not have any photos at present (moving back into my home at the end of the month) but viewing is essential as this house has a lovely feel to it.
I take great pride in my home and I am a non smoker so a lodger of similar nature would be ideal.
