One bedroom

My house is close to the town centre, short distance to all the local amenities, shops, pubs and parks and transport. I have a decent sized bedroom to the back of the house for let. It is a double size bedroom (part furnished) and good sized bathroom with bath only (for the moment) shared living space, large kitchen with all the amenities and a large paved garden. The bedroom currently has a double bed, bookshelf and a small walk in cupboard for extra storage. Bills included, plus broadband (food and toiletries not included). I do have a medium sized dog who is very friendly, quiet and will generally only bark if someone is at the door. Please feel free to message and ask any questions,
