There is a shared bathroom with bath, shower over bath, toilet and sink. There is a shared kitchen/dining which contains a dining table and chairs. There is an electric oven and hob, fridge freezer and washing machine. There is also a shared living room furnished with sofa, coffee table and TV stand.

All bills and internet will be included in the rent with the exception of TV licence.
Prices for rooms are on a per person basis. There is a £125 admin fee on acceptance of your lease and the first weeks rent to be paid upfront. Rent can be paid weekly or monthly in advance subject to our discretion

Barnsley town centre is only 15 minutes away via bus. There is a bus stop located near to the property and it is a direct bus route to the bus depot.
