Short term room to rent!
We are looking for someone to rent one double bedroom room for 3-4 months. It is beautiful furnished flat with a double room including a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and bed side table. We are looking for someone who is interested in short term rent due to me going to work abroad, possibility to stay once im back in September as the other room mate is possibly going uni in September. Therefore the room is only available for a max of 4 months till further notice.
My current flat mate is a 22 year old female who works and studies for a living. Who has not preference to gender but must not be a smoker or have any pets.
