I have a double bedroom to rent (single occupancy only ) in a house in Conisbrough, the room has 1 built in wardrobe and drawers and double bed.

a large kitchen with all the appliances and utensils you could ever need It has a seating area and there is a separate carpeted dinning room with 8/12 seat dining table, leather sofa wall mounted flat screen tv and DVD player. There is a living room with large black leather corner suite sofa, large flat screen free view TV, computer access, DVD player. The bathroom is shared and houses a separate shower, bath with wall mounted TV and storage space.
There is a front and rear gardens with decked area with seating area, built in gas BBQ and large dining table.
Rent includes all bills excluding telephone bill. You do have access wifi for free Internet access in your own room via the downstairs computer.
The front of the property is secure and accessible using a keyless code lock.
The property is on a quiet cull de sac with ample car parking space on the street. It is within 10 mins drive of M1, M18, and A1M and 15-20 mins away from Doncaster and 30 mins from Rotherham. Doncaster airport is about a 20 minute drive away. High Melton collages is a 10-min drive away. The village itself has a supermarket and ample shops providing all possible needs. The Dearne Valley leisure centre is a 3-minute drive away.
I am looking for people who would treat this as their home and make use of the whole house and not just feel they should be room bound.
The room can be viewed immediately, and is available to rent immediately and will be newly decorated and spotlessly clean. No bond is required but min rental is 6 months including two months notice
of intention to leave. This is a non smoking house but I'm not ruling out smokers as long as it is never in the house.£350per month. Plus £10 petty cash for shared items such as cleaning materials and tea coffee and sugar.
