The house is a three-storey townhouse at the top of a cul-de-sac in Woolley Grange, which is a 15 minute walk to Darton train station and very close to M1 J38. Short drive to Barnsley Hospital (3.6 miles).

The room is on the middle floor with nice open view. Priced inclusive of all utility bills, council tax and wireless broadband. Shared areas are dining kitchen (with washing machine), enclosed garden with furnished patio, downstairs toilet, middle floor bathroom (shared with one other and comprising toilet and bath with strong shower). Access to garage for bike storage. No shared lounge or private parking offered (but plenty of parking space in cul-de-sac).
