I have a lovely double room to rent to a female. I am a pretty easy going live in landlord. I work full time and so enjoy relaxing in the evening and socialising at weekends. I am happy to look at 5/7 day lettings also with a reduction on the rent. The room is furnished with a bed, mattress, wardrobe and bedside table. It is at the back of the house over looking the church and so pretty quiet.
It is a fantastic location for travel links, a bus stop a few yards away, train station 2-3 minutes walk on the Leeds/Sheffield line and a mile away from junction 38 of the M1.
For convenience Within the village there is a petrol station, Coop shop, vets, doctors, dentist, chemist, post office, gym, beauticians, sports therapist, cafe, sandwich shop, pet shop, park, village hall, local pub, a Chinese take away and two great Indian restaurants.
