I'm 24 years old, I work away from home mon to fri sometimes it can be for as long as 12 days, so you will have the house pretty much to yourself the majority of the time, hence why I'm asking for a little more rent than other double rooms. Be prepared for me coming and going at all hours as my shifts an vary greatly. I have a 4 year old daughter who comes to visit me for the weekend every fortnight, this shouldn't be a problem but be prepared for children.

The House!
You will have a double room freshly decorated in simple colours and cream carpet, it will have a locking door so you needn't worry about privacy if you feel you need it. There is a double bed (bedding available) bed side cabinet, bookshelf, tv, free view, DVD and a brand new wardrobe, which has a double hanging rail, full width shelf, a full length mirrored door, 5 single width shelves (height of the wardrobe) and a dresser unit with mirror and 5 drawers below.

The house all in all is very clean and tidy, I expect whoever moves in to respect that, there is a shared bathroom, with a good electric shower and bath.

Kitchen is basic but has everything you will ever need and use of all equipment, I will create space in cupboards, fridge and freezer for supplies. Also a Washer and dryer.

Living room and dining room are also for your use.
Big garden to rear that your room looks out onto.

I do not have broadband at home as I am hardly there, I use a dongle for my laptop which is £15 a month with "3" and has excellent signal throughout the house, I do have a spare O2 dongle you can have on 30 day rolling contract, not sure how much it costs these days though.

I do have a driveway but it's occupied right now, street parking is not a problem next to the house though.

There are a few local shops, post office up the road with cash machine, and a big tesco extra 5 min drive away.
Bus stop is around the corner takes 15 mins into town, and a taxi into town is £4.
