We have a great 4 bedroom house located in DN2, Town Moor. It is just a 5 minutes walk to the hospital and a 10 minutes walk in to town (also just off the main bus route into Doncaster). It is 100m from the town fields and has double glazing and gas central heating.

There is off street parking with ample unrestricted on street parking.

The current housemates are all young professionals (Teacher, Doctor & Dentist) as well as hard working they also enjoy socialising. We are looking for an housemate who is willing to get involved with house activities/socialising. If you are new to Doncaster, it would be a great way to meet other like minded professionals.

The house is fully furnished with modern quality furniture and decorations. The bedroom has a double bed, large wardrobe, chest of draws, bed side draws, mirror, wi-fi and TV aerial point.

There is power shower in the bathroom.

There is plenty of shared space in this house, with a lounge and large kitchen diner for all house mates to use. The lounge has two large leather sofas & flat screen TV. The kitchen is well equipped with American style fridge-freezer, tumble dryer, washing machine, cooker & grill, and dining table and chairs.

The bills included in the rent are the council tax, TV licence and wireless broadband. Gas, electric & water are not included (work out approx £5 per wk on top of your rent).

There is a patio area and a secure shed for bike storage.

There are no additional or hidden search/reference/agency fees.
