Double room to rent

I have a large double room available to rent in my house. Location is ideal for someone working in Doncaster Royal Infirmary or Doncaster town centre. I am a young professional and work at the hospital myself. Close to local amenities including a variety of takeaways and local shops and is also close to bus stops.

The house is a three bed but I am not going to rent the third room, this can be used for guests staying or storage. I had my previous lodger for 9 months but she is moving for work. I am very friendly and sociable and am happy to share food, cleaning supplies etc.

The house has a good sized living room, large kitchen with dining table, bathroom downstairs, conservatory off the kitchen and a garden with decking. There is a washing machine and tumble drier for your use as well as all other appliances including iron, downstairs TV, large fridge freezer etc. There is space to park if you have a car. I also have a kitten so you'd have to be alright living with him too!

Broadband, council tax and water included in the rent, gas and electric are both very reasonable.
