This lovely room is decorated in a contemporary style with fitted wardrobes and lots of storage space. The bedroom overlooks the garden and all the surrounding trees. The house is very stylish and comfortable throughout with lounge, dining room and kitchen and new bathroom. I have my own en-suite cloakroom, so only the shower is shared. There is a lovely south facing garden with a summerhouse which is a wonderful place to sit with a coffee and feel the sun on your face.

Fulwood has just been voted by The Times as one of the best places to live in Britain. It is situated a short distance to the university, hospital and city centre all of which are served by a very frequent bus service. There is a good range of shops within walking distance. All the major supermarkets including Aldi and Waitrose are a short drive away. The area is well served by restaurants, bars and pubs.

Now that my children have left home I work part-time in my own business. I'm looking for an easy going, clean and tidy person who will treat the house with respect, I'm an active, sociable person who enjoys a glass of wine and a natter or a night out with friends.

Short term lets will be considered with an adjustment to the rent based on how long you wish to stay.
