Double room in a two bedroom house in Lowedges. House has 2 bedrooms with king size beds, garden with decking, patio, grass, shed, kitchen with lots of worktop space, lovely living room, utility room.

Quiet area, several local shops very close, 15-20 min walk to a big Morrisons, on bus route (bus stop is just at the end of the road, visible from the house) where buses come every 10 mins throughout the day, so getting into town is no problem. Walkable distance to Woodseats for more shops or out into rural outskirts towards the peaks. There is a park across the road and golf courses/woods nearby.

Looking for someone who will take good care of the house! Current housemate is chilled and friendly, though will be leaving soon anyway.
