looking for a House mate to share with for 6-12mths. Easy-going and considerate. I would just ask that you are reasonably clean and tidy, and also considerate.

Greenhill/Lowedges is located with easy access to city centre and motorway. There are buses nearby to city centre also if you don't drive. Shops/supermarkets nearby.

The bedroom is very clean with new carpets. Two storage cupboards. It's just been redecorated and has new black-out blinds, double bed and bedside tables with lamps. The bathroom would be shared, no bath but large walk in shower, also with down stairs toilet. Rent would be £320 PCM OR Couples £450 PCM, bills would be included. WI-FI available.

I am working through the house redecorating as I go so still have a couple of rooms to finish, living room & kitchen. still very clean though! plenty of space with garden and parking available.

The deposit would be £300 upfront.
