Cosy Green Home

The lovely double attic room is available in my home, terrace house in Meersbrook. I live with my fluffy ginger cat.
I work part-time, away from home.
There is a sunny, friendly, communal yard with the rest of the terrace and a private back garden.
I tread lightly & considerately on the planet. It's important that my lodger is of a similar mind.
The house is tucked away in a quiet spot, at the bottom end of Meersbrook Park. Local cafes are great. It's a friendly and very accepting neighbourhood & I'm lucky with my neighbours.
Bus routes are 5 mins walk away on Chesterfield Road. There's a handy circular bus route too, linking to Hallamshire hospital, Walkley & Upper Thorpe.
You'll be sharing the kitchen, living room, bathroom, garden and summer-sunny yard with me. I have my own office space.
Kitchen has a good table to sit and natter at or share the occasional meal and the living room is cosy.
Food wise. I eat vegetarian with some fish. My preference is for organic and whole foods.
