Two double bedrooms in Meersbrook

Hi my name is Laura. Two bedrooms are available in the house I rent out. It is a four bedroom house which has just been refurbished and decorated throughout. It has a brand new kitchen and bathroom fitted. The house is in a great location close to the city centre (less than a mile) and next to a beautiful park with excellent views across the city. At the end of the road there is a retail park with a wide range of shops (inc. Next, Matalan, Boots, B&M, Lidl). There are also many cafes, restaurants and pubs on Chesterfield Road (a 2 minute walk), as well as a corner shop across the road from the house. There is a bus stop conveniently just outside also.

Bedroom 1 is a large double, fully-furnished attic bedroom with a wardrobe, desk and chest of drawers.


Bedroom 2 is a small double on the first floor with a three door wardrobe with a mirror unit and shelves, bedside cabinet and under bed storage.
There is a large spacious lounge/diner with a smart TV and a brand new kitchen with fridge, freezer, new hob and oven and washing machine on the ground floor.

On the first floor there is a brand new bathroom with over head and hose shower, towel radiator and storage.

There is also extra storage space in the cellar with a tumble dryer. There is plenty of free on-street parking with no restrictions and regular bus services into town.

Price per month includes rent and all bills (inc. fibre optic broadband).

The are a further two bedrooms which will become available soon. We are looking for people who like to keep the house tidy, but not obsessively so!

The rent also includes a weekly cleaner of the communal areas.
