A nice single room is available at S8 (nearby London road), very close to city centre (just 12 mins by walking, 5 mins by bus). The rent of the room is only £45/week including council tax (excluding bills). You have to share 25% of the total bills, 75% bills will be paid by others. Right now a married couple and a female student are living at that house. We will prefer students/professional (especially girls), but others will be considerable.
