Beautiful, light, large attic room in Meersbrook

Cosy house, great location, sharing with one other young professional.

I have a beautiful, large, light attic room to let in my newly renovated terraced house, close to Meersbrook Park, sharing with just one other (me).

The house has three bedrooms (but I only rent out one), two bathrooms, a kitchen/diner, lounge (with smart TV and 2 sofas) and south-facing patio/garden. You would have the use of a large bathroom (I have a separate ensuite). The room is furnished (king-size bed; pocket-sprung mattress; desk; chair; 2 x chest of drawers; clothes rail; TV).

Meersbrook is a lovely, friendly, community-orientated area, with lots of young professionals, nice pubs and a fantastic park. It is well connected with regular buses to the city centre.

I am female, 32 and work as a lecturer at Sheffield Hallam University. I love being outdoors, am clean living, and try to get out to the Peak District to run or climb at every opportunity. I like to cook for friends, go the pub, watch a film or have a night out. I keep pretty busy with work, play and travel.

I would like to share my home with a sociable, considerate and like-minded young professional. I work hard and like my home to be a calm, clean place to retreat to. I am often out and about and pretty independent, but it would be nice to cook together and share a meal sometimes. I work from home at least two days a week, so I would prefer to share with someone who will not be working from home every day. I am regularly in London, where my boyfriend lives, so you would have the place to yourself sometimes.

The room is available from the beginning of December until September 2017.
