It is a 3 bedroomed house with a shared bathroom and lounge. The house is 2 minutes walk away from local shops and main bus routes to Rotherham and Doncaster (5 minutes drive to the M1 and M18). The house has free broadband, garden and decking area. On street parking is available and all bills are included.

I maintain a clean, tidy, homely house and have let the room successfully twice since 2009. I am a 30 year old working professional who is sociable, easy to get along with and I'm looking for a working professional with similar qualities.

The room is available to view now and move in from March, subject to a signed lodger agreement and reference.
