Medium Sized Bedroom

I am renting out a medium sized bedroom with a single bed as one of the housemates has moved out due purchasing his own property. Tenancy and rent book given as all must be above board and legal. The price for this room is £70 per week. Blackout blinds which gives you total privacy. There are wardrobes for all your clothes and space for other bits and bobs. There is unlimited wifi for all of your internet access. We all have our own fridge, freezer and cupboard space. The kitchen has a halogen touch button hob and Cooker, a further two microwaves, two washers, and a dryer, and all the usual appliances and gadgets. There is a large bathroom with toilet, bath and shower downstairs and a toilet with sink upstairs. All rooms have locks for your security. I pay for the council tax, electric, gas, water rates, tv etc. You are welcome to use the telephone free of charge to landlines and the odd ten minute calls to mobiles. Two gardens, CCTV and house alarmed. No smoking in the house, but you can go outside, stand at the door or in the alleyway. We are quite clean and tidy, lots of manners and very down to earth . Your own privacy will also be respected. I am looking for either short or long term. I am not in your face, so you can be as private or chatty as you wish. One condition is, for insurance purposes, is that you do not have a criminal record within the last 5 years. There aren't really any rules, so just treat the house like its your own. All we ask is that you clean your own mess. I am quite friendly and professional and always sorts out any repairs etc. So all I must say now is, if this is for you, then you will need to get in contact with me for any further information. By the way, the distance to either Sheffield, Doncaster or Rotherham is 10, 8 miles and 6 miles respectively.
