Thank you for taking the time to read this add. I have a large bedroom available in a townhouse with access to separate bathroom for Rent. Located near the Pastures Lodge (S64 0JJ) which is around 20 mins walk to the Bus Stop, 25 to ASDA and 35 mins to Conisbrough Station (Average Pace)
The rent covers all utility bills and also incorporates a full Sky package (excluding sports) which is available in the room.
I am looking for a working professional who has a love animals as I have a dog. I am not looking for someone who likes to get hammered every weekend.
More about me: I am a Business Analyst for a global company and have been for around 4 years. I am a tad geeky and love gaming (Xbox: Halo, Bioshock, Lego Series PC: Strategic style games), love films (Sci-Fi, Horror, Thiller but most genre really) and have a Cineworld Card. I own a dog which means I do go walking/running often and try to keep fit (not successfully haha!) and try to catch up with friends as often as possible.
