Sunny spacious single room in peaceful 1920s house

The House

Sunny spacious single rooms in comfortable, characterful and peaceful house with two living rooms, large kitchen, front and back garden with pleasant and eccentric conservatory and storage area. I have one friendly cat. The house is in an attractive leafy suburb only 15 mins drive from lovely open countryside in Derbyshire and is well connected to centre of Sheffield by public transport. Regular bus service and town centre 15 mins away. There is a Sainsbury's, Aldi and 24 hr Tescos within 5 min walk. There are also nearby gyms and climbing walls. The main road has a good selection of cafes, interesting food shops and restaurants.
As I am out and travel a good deal, I am looking for someone who is responsible and willing to feed my cat from time to time.
The house is large enough to give three people their own space and there is a spare room for occasional guests. People are welcome to use the whole house, including the summerhouse.
