I will be putting a sofa bed in the lounge so that the new flatmate can have full use of the bedroom.
I am looking for a full time student who will not be in for much of the time in the week. I am away for most weekends, so you would pretty much have the flat to yourself.
However, I am looking for someone quiet who is not gonna have crazy parties whilst I am away and disturb the neighbours!! Hopefully the potential flat mate will be easy to get along with as I am a pretty laid back and easygoing person.
