2 x Double Rooms to Let in shared house in Hellaby

I have 2 double rooms to let in Hellaby. The rooms have recently been redecorated and recarpeted and have a TV Aerial point. They currently have a double bed and are let furnished.

The house was recently rented out in its entirety but I am now looking to rent out 2 double bedrooms in a 3 bed house.

The entire house (less bathroom) has recently been fully refurbished to a good modern standard with only the garden left to finish.

I work in Engineering and spend the majority of time away, i work away in Yeovil. The single 3rd room will be kept for myself should I require it when visiting local friends and family. Therefore you would have the run of the house for 90% of the time.

I am 35 and full time employed currently working in Yeovil.

The house is in a good area with good transport links and is approx half a mile from Junc 1 of the M18 in Hellaby.

Included is BT infinity WiFi recently installed. The house is fully furnished with large 46" led tv in living room.

Couples may be considered but would incur an extra £100 per month.
