Double room available to rent

Hi there,

I have a double room to let in a property situated just outside Rotherham Centre.

The property is a 5 minute walk away from Rotherham Town Centre, so only a hop, skip and a jump from the pubs and takeaways, which are always handy after a few drinks or you can't be bothered to cook! The best thing is there's no taxi fares to pay too.

The property has off road parking, a double garage with gated front and back gardens. It also has a conservatory, which is lovely in summer and a great benefit for the cats to keep them out of the main house when I'm not around..

I am friendly, clean and sociable. I'm a professional female who enjoys nights out and nights in, good company and good food. Love to laugh. Hope this isn't sounding like a dating advert!

I'm getting too old for an every night party, so would be looking to share with like minded professionals. That doesn't mean I'm not up for a few drinks and enjoying late night/early morning laughs/antics with other housemates.

I have two pet cats who are very clean and are no trouble.
