I have one medium room to let in a three bedroom house. The room is situated at the back of the house and is available now. It is open-aspected. The house is in Wath-upon-Dearne, a few minutes drive from Rotherham town centre. It is well situated with easy access to Sheffield, Barnsley, the Dearne Valley and the South Yorkshire area. There is a good road system not far away which makes it a good position for working even further afield.
I am looking for a quiet person who would be respectful of my house. It would suit a working person but I would consider a quiet student.
