I have a double room available from 01/07/24.

The flat, which has parking is in Crookesmoor and is a 3 minute walk to the UoS Business School and around an 8 minute walk to the Hallamshire Hospital.


The large double room has two walk in wardrobes, a chest of drawers, bookcase, desk and an office chair.
The medium sized double room has a triple wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk and an office chair.
There is a good sized kitchen, which is well equipped with a gas hob, electric oven, microwave, built in fridge/freezer and washer/dryer. The lounge/diner area has a sofa and a 40" widescreen smart TV and an extendable table with 4 chairs.

The bathroom is spacious and consists of a bath with a shower, a sink and w/c.
