Compact Double Room in Cosy House - Heeley, S2

Hi there potential housemate,

I have a compact double room available in my fairly recently refurbished 3 bed house. I'm looking for someone who wants to share a quiet, cosy living environment.

You would be sharing with me and 1 other housemate.
We both work from home a couple of days a week.

The room in question is on the small side but does have plenty of clothes storage, storage for toiletries, books and bits and pieces and a double bed.

You'd be sharing a bathroom with 1 other as there's an ensuite in the attic.

We always keep the house clean and it's 85% tidy (there's always someone's coat or a stray box or bag kicking around but these tend to appear and disappear on rotation so it never gets too messy)


Downstairs there is a lounge with a gas fire and new kitchen with a large dining table.
The garden is quite big and a sheltered suntrap (although it needs a tidy at the moment!)

I have a part-time dog called Eddie who will be a selling point for dog lovers and very annoying for those that don't like dogs.

We absolutely don’t want to live in a noisy house so we're Iooking for someone who feels the same way and wants a peaceful living space. We're big babies and are in bed by 9:30 most weeknights.

It would be great if we got on well enough as a household to share some friendly chats and maybe cook the occasional dinner together - we’ll probably know if we can manage that when we meet.
