This newly refurbished beautiful four bedroom terraced house is in a quiet residential location in Crookes, with brilliant access to the local services in Crookes high street, the Asda, butchers and grocery shops in Walkley and on the 52 bus route straight to the big Morrisons in Hillsborough and the other direction towards City Centre, University Campus and Sheffield Railway Station.

The house itself has a recently renovated kitchen, with washing machine and separate drier in the cellar. Our son Alex lived there for 4 years whilst doing his dental degree.

Although the rooms do not have ensuites the bathroom is a good size and has been kept very well.

There is no allocated parking but there is ample on road parking in the streets just opposite and a few yards to the left of the house.

We are looking for two students as a group or as individuals for next year. Undergraduates, postgraduate students and mature students are welcome. The rent includes the water bill and TV licence.
