Looking for a new flatmate :)

Hey there :)

Looking for a housemate to take the spare bedroom in my two bed flat. The room has wardrobe, a chest of drawers, a bedside table, a pull out drawer under the bed, and ceiling storage above the entrance. The flat has a fully equipped kitchen, a shared bathroom, a shared garden and all bills are included (except council tax which would be shared with me unless you’re a student - works out at about £45 each per month). It's a peaceful area and there's free on-street parking if you have a car.

A bit about me, I'm 27 and in my third year of a medicine degree so I'm kept fairly busy with that but in my spare time I'm fairly active (do enjoy sitting in front of the tv in the evenings tho!) At the moment my main things are gymnastics, squash and surfing in Scarborough when I can! I've lived with both guys and girls in the past and have loved all of my house shares so far but I think I'm mainly looking for a female as I find them slightly more balancing to live with since it's a two bed flat, but am open to both. Looking for someone with similar interests, likes nights in, walks in the peaks, naturism, wild swimming etc and wants to spend time together in the evenings/weekends:) Someone who likes to keep things tidy/likes routine and would also be happy to share house chores would be good as well. Oh, must also like kittens as I have three of them.
