The ground floor flat has a lovely homely feel with 3 en-suite bedrooms and a spacious garden overlooking the botanical gardens. We both work full time and enjoy cooking, running and going for walks in the Peaks.
Council tax and broadband are included in the rent and there is plenty of off-road parking. The gas, electricity and water bills come to around £80-£90 per month.
