1 Room in Hunters Bar Sheffield

Hunters Bar, Looking for someone from the start of July 2019 but if you are coming to study in Sheffield would also consider Sep/Oct start.

Will be £300 pm with all bills (current gas and electricity cost but i don't see this going up in the next year)

Hunters Bar, great location near Encliffe park and the botanical gardens. I am looking for 1 lodger. 1 double bedroom ( 1st floor room with 4' double bed, furnished).
Will suite a post grad, young professional or recent graduate looking to get away from the noise and chaos of a student house.
You will be living with the home owner so I am looking for someone easy going who is friendly, respectful and considerate. Good landlord seeks good lodger. Shared Kitchen diner.

There is myself, my wife and another lodger living here. your welcome to speak to her to get an idea of what it; s like :)

Spanish speaker would be a bonus. I am learning.. slowly!

Room is £300 including all bills which will need to be set up as a direct debit. Street parking.

Price includes, council tax, Water rates, Fibre optic broadband, TV licence
