2 bed maisonette (with indoor cat)

2 bed Flat, one large double room available with bed, desk and lots of storage space -
Its a decorated place, have worked hard to make it a home, open plan living room and kitchen with space for 6 people to sit round a table (maybe 7 or 8 at a push). Living room great for socialising and having friends over. Upstairs is 2 bedrooms and bathroom. Also has 2 good sized storage closets and attic storage space. I live here with my cat (a ragdoll and indoors only) and she is very fluffy and cuddly.
Looking for a chilled household that likes eating and cooking together too. I've got all bills under my name so can just pay me a flat rate on whatever day (just split the bills, including broadband and council tax too) - comes to 150 for bills so total pcm is 600 for everything.
