Sharrow Vale - Double Room Available

We have a double room available in our four bedroom house sharing with 3 young female professionals. It is located in a lovely area, just off Sharrow Vale Road and the house is modern & in good condition. Parking is pretty easy on our road with a permit which would be around £75 a year, it is generally fine to find a space.

The room is a double bedroom on the top floor and includes furniture. It is furnished to a high standard as the landlord did get the house completely ready to sell in July 2023 but made other plans to rent instead.
There is one very large bathroom (pictures pending) on the middle floor & we are all courteous using this. There is a great bath and shower!

We are a house of 4 females at the moment and would probably prefer to share with another girl. We all previously did not know each other but have become friends and frequently go to the pub together, have movie nights etc but are happy if you like your own space. We are very relaxed and easy going so are looking for someone similar & you would have to be LGBTQ friendly also 😊 Our ages are between 23 and 27 and we generally work 9-5 Monday to Friday so this would be great if you fit around that too!
We all have a good relationship with our landlord who generally fixes things and is only a text/ phone call away.

Rent
The rent would be £446 a month (this includes gas, electric and water). However please note that this is paid on a quarterly basis so it would equate to £1338pp paid in 4 instalments throughout the year in July, October, January and April so please ensure you can commit to this before viewing/ committing.
Wifi - £9.25 / month
Council tax - £42 / month

Let me know if you’d like to come and view the house, evenings are generally better for us (after 4:30) but I do work from home 2 days a week so can be flexible with this 😊
