Each apartment has a large open plan, living and dining area which makes it extremely sociable and friendly. The flat has a private balcony. It has a breakfast bar and stools included in the kitchen. It comes with comfy sofas, a coffee table, a dining table and 50" Smart TV. We are provided with 2 freezers, 2 fridges, a dishwasher and a separate utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer in the apartment. It has 6 double bedrooms complete with double beds, wardrobe and draws and desks for your studies. It has 2 bathrooms, which are fully furnished.

All bills are included. £119 per week for a year.

We are a flat who enjoy going to the pub, games nights, movie nights and going out to town together.
The flat is in the perfect location as it is 2 minutes from West Street and has a Tesco down the road.

The location is a 5-7 minute walk to the University city campus.
