The flat is tucked away from the noise of town but still on the doorstep of the city centre. There are 3 large supermarkets 5-7 minutes walk away. The kitchen and lounge are combined and has lots of light coming through the windows. Each of the two bedrooms is ensuite and contain original beams from the old factory conversion.
Water bills are included in the rent.
Council Tax is shared by all.
Electric bill is shares by all.
The flat has broadband.
There is space to store your bike in the private courtyard.
Each room has a double bed, wardrobe and desk.
