We have one large bedroom available. Furniture is modern and neutral. The property also has a shared study/spare bedroom, bathroom with shower and Jacuzzi bath, large lounge and dining room and kitchen with range cooker. The back garden is private and has a shed. Parking is available on the street outside, no permits or restrictions are in place. You would be sharing with two other professionals.

The property is in walking distance to the local shops and amenities (and pubs!). It is close to the Rivelin Valley and Peak District for outdoor pursuits and has very good access to the city via the bus network or a 20 min walk. It is also in walking distance of Sheffield University and the Hallamshire Hospital.
