Sharing with two females in their late 20s/early 30s as other housemate has moved out after job placement ended.
The room has a 3/4 size bed,, wardrobe, drawers and shelving unit. Cosy but rest of house is roomy.
Sociable front room with big tele, and internet access. Modern dining room and kitchen (see photos) and bathroom.
House is on a main bus route (every 5 mins) and has plenty of street parking nearby. Crookes has shops and pubs that are a short walk away.
Both females work and enjoy the usual things like going to the pub, watching football, films etc. Looking for similar male/female to join friendly house. Students, including internationals, welcome but would have to pay equal share of the council tax as it is not a student house.
