More than just a room in this house! How many properties have ALL bills included, games room, bar, gym, cleaner, gardener, and massive stylish kitchen?

Room A, Ground floor south facing. Original period fireplace and stripped back wooden flooring. Fully furnished, and comes with a fixed ethernet cable as well as main router being out side the room door. Downstairs toilet and shower room is 1m away :) with additional bathroom on the 1st floor with roll top bath. Heating in the room can be independently controlled.

The large open plan kitchen/diner/living area is great as it has plenty of space for everyone. Definitely the hub of the house where we socialise and occasionally cook together, but wouldnt be offended if you didnt want to. Big comfy corner sofa in front of a flat screen, and virgin media. There is a strong WiFi signal throughout the house.

House Netflix account included.

The games room is a separate building that helps prevent noise disturbance. It has a pool table, bar, integrated blue tooth speakers, darts board, fridge, and flat screen TV :) So, even more social space!

There is a big drive for cars and we are on the major bus routes to the city centre and both hospitals.

The rent doesnt just include bills, but also a cleaner once a week for shared areas. Also tenants dont have to take care of the massive lawn, someone else does that.

Landlord is fully accredited with the National Landlords Association.
