A fully furnished double room in a lovely large house student house in Crookesmoor has become available from 14/01/11. The rent has been reduced from £69 p/w to £62 p/w as I am looking for someone to take over my contract, so a bargain for the size of the room and house! The only reason I am moving out is that I have decided to move into a smaller house with my girlfriend.

The room comes included with a double bed, wardrobe, draws, shelf cabinet, desk and a lovely view over Sheffield! You would be sharing with 5 others, 3 boys and 2 girls ages between 20 and 23.

Included in the rent is free SKY TV with every channel, internet and a fortnightly cleaner who is lovely to talk to. Bills are not included but are reasonably cheap shared between 6 people.

The occupants are lovely and are studying a range of degree's in their 3rd year, and despite having a high work load are very sociable. Everyone mostly converges in a lovely large living room in the evenings to socialise and watch tv, whilst also enjoying evenings down the local pub and the occasional night out. Therefore the occupants would appreciate a housemate who enjoys joining in with these activities.

The house is kept clean and tidy by the occupants, and consists of 2 bathrooms, a large kitchen, living area and also large garden which the occupants often have BBQ's in when the weather is nice. House is around 10-15 minute walk to the university and is located on Spring Hill Road, which is 3 minutes away from shops and bus routes.

P. S. Please note that the bed in the picture has been moved to another position so the room won't look quite the same if you come to view it. Swivel chair not included but if you did need it then it could be sold cheaply.
