Double Room available in quiet, tidy house

Hi,

I'm Sam. I am looking for another housemate as my current one will be moving out end of June. The room has a double bed, set of drawers and a built in storage closet. The room is located at the front of the house with views over Hillsborugh park.

The rent will include all bills, there is wifi sky internet, sky+ in the front room and there is also a phone line with free evening and weekend calls.

The house is a 3 bedroom terrace with a garden which includes a large secure outbuilding (perfect for bikes etc). The house is nicely decorated and very homely, there is a offshot kitchen (oven, microwave, fridge, freezer etc) with a dinning room attached. The house is mid terrace but has private access to the rear of the property without walkingthrough the front room etc. There is also a basement for storage should this be required.

The house is less than a 5 minute walk from the leppings lane tram stop and bus stop. There are also pubs, shops and Hillsborough high street in easy walking distance. The house faces Hillsborough park so its not very overlooked. However you should note that it is near Sheffield Wednesday (I'm really NOT a football fan but it doesnt bother me)

About me, well I'm a 26 year old full time professional. I'm clean and tidy but not over the top. I have a dog who is very friendly. I like going out and seeing my friends but mostly during the week I dont get up to too much so I just chillax at home. I'm really easy going and dont ask for alot in a house mate.

Smokers are fine as long as its outside.
