Fantastic Large Attic Room with Spacious En Suite

We are looking for a tenant/couple for our newly decorated large attic bedroom. We haven't owned this property for long so everything is still pretty shiny and new!

You might be a student, a mature student or a professional, looking for a lovely large room in a great area. Well look no further.

The house is a spacious end terrace on a quiet street. There is ample free off road parking or on our drive if you prefer. We are a 5-10 minute drive from Shef Uni, 10 mins drive from Hallam, 5-10 minutes away from the town centre and about 10-15 minutes away from Meadowhall. We are just a couple of minutes from both tram and bus stops.

The room has two windows both with blackout blinds and the bed is a good double. There is a wardrobe, large chest of drawers and bed side tables, chair and bathroom cabinets, but let us know if you have any furniture you'd like to bring. There is also a lovely en suite with a large cubicle shower, toilet and sink. If you have any questions or need more room info please get in touch and I will be happy to provide.

All the bills are included within the rent, and we have unlimited broadband available.

We are looking for a clean and tidy person to share our new home. However long the duration of your stay, and whether you are looking to stay all week or just weekdays, please get in touch.

We are a friendly professional couple who really enjoy our home. We work days Monday to Friday and we aren't too noisy but do like our own space and have tried to make your room as homely as possible. We only ask you appreciate our space and enjoy a great room.

The rent is £425/month all inclusive but for the right person we may be able to be flexible. Couples will also be considered at circa £650/month.
