There is a through kitchen lounge and spacious bathroom with separate shower for use by the three lodgers only, also gas central heating, washing machine, broadband. All bills and council tax are included. The quiet garden has a sunny sitting out area.
The house is well situated for quick travel either to Northern General Hospital or the city centre. There is an excellent bus service, good local shops and free on street parking.
The great value rent is to be paid monthly in advance and includes all bills.
