Next to local park, very short walk to shops, butchers, chemist, pubs, doctors. 5/10 mins from M1 juction 31. 20-30 mins away from sheffield, 15-20 mins from Rotherham, 10-15 from Worksop.

I am 32 year old female looking for a clean, tidy, respectful, easy going, friendly and trustworthy housemate for
my single room.

The double room includes a double bed, chest of draws, wardrobe, TV, DVD player. Amenities include washing machine/dryer, laundry room, gas cooker and hobs, microwave including conventional oven. There is a front and private back garden, drive way and off road parking always available on quiet cul-de-sac. All bedrooms have new locks inside and out for added security.

I have two little dogs, they are no trouble, clean, friendly and great with kids.

Please be advised that references are required (can be from your employer etc if youve never rented before etc). Subject to credit checks. £275 bond required.

The double room is not officially available until 25th March, however my single room is available if you need to move in before then at a reduced rate, and you can move to the double room when it is available.
