Nice and well located house(close to Uni. of Shef)

First level room

We are offering two rooms for responsible professionals or (mind) mature students. The house is located over Infirmary Road, just 2 minutes from the Infirmary Road tesco and 2 minutes to an Aldi. It takes 15 min walking to to the University of Sheffield or the city center.

The house is well located with many connections to the city center and is at 2 minutes from the tram stop (yellow and blue lines) and 1 minute to the bus stop. Yellow line goes up to the large commercial center Meadowhall.

The rooms are in the first and third floors. Both rooms are double, furnished and with double glazing windows. The first floor room has a balcony. The third floor room is a very quiet room, ideal for reading and studying. The bathroom and kitchen are shared and there is no living room. However, there is a table in the kitchen for small gatherings. Smoking outside, but in the attic room, it is possible to smoke with the window opened.

The bills to pay are water, gas and electricity and Internet. Currently there is living one mature professional, friendly, outgoing and open-minded Mexican. You can improve your Spanish and learn to cook delicious Mexican food.
