For rent is this awesome double bedroom located in the utopia of Sheffield, Crookes! The house is an end terraced property situated on Commonside close to the university and within walking distance (unless clinically obese) to the city centre.

Bathroom - pretty standard really has a toilet, bath with retro shower head and a sink that all work.

Outside - there is a back yard big enough for a BBQ with friends.
There is BT Infinity Fibre Optic Broadband throughout the house.
You would be living with 2 males Ali is a translator and speaks fluent German and Portuguese and Jeremy (that's me) is also a professional working for the government (it's a lot less exciting than it sounds).
The house is close to all the ameneties you could ever ask for including the amazing dram shop, co-op, 3 pubs and the Rajput Indian. Yum. infact thats a night out right there!
So the rent is £350 all in so this includes all the bills, yes that's right your gas/electricity, water rates, council tax, tv licence and not only that but it includes the sky tv and BT Fibre Optic broadband and phone line!! And if that's not enough we have a cleaner who comes and cleans the communal areas of the house every week and that's at no extra cost to you! how's that for a piece of fried gold!
