The house has two good sized double bedrooms, a study room and large stunning kitchen with dining facilities. Fully furnished to a high standard including a good sized cosy lounge with period features. I am looking for a young female professional who is able to move in mid-May for at least 4 months (until end of Sept).
The house is within walking distance of the city centre, both Universities and the Hallamshire Hospital is just a short distance away. The house is also on a frequent bus route, on street parking is available.
