Garden view room near Endcliffe Park

Hi,

I have a double room (the garden view bedroom) available in a beautiful house on Huntingtower Road in Sheffield. Great location, walking distance to Endcliffe Park, Botanical Gardens, Ecclesall Road with lots of shops and amenities. There's plenty of parking as we are at the top of the road and our neighbours park on Dobbin Hill.

The room is fully furnished with a 4 door wardrobe, desk, and ottoman style bed (lots of storage space!), with extra space in the store closet next door.
There's also space for your books and dvds etc in the lounge and dining room, and storage space in the cellar if you need this.

The rent is £375 inc bills (excluding gas and electric which should be £24 each a month, and broadband which shouldn't be more than £8 each a month, this would be payable to Sam who lives in the house)

The room is available due to me (the landlord) moving in with my boyfriend... 5 girls that have so far lived in our house have met their husbands/future husbands within 6 months of living in the house! Yes it's a magic house.
Also, (we love informing people of this fact)... our garden was in the Full Monty film!

You would be living with 2 friendly girls, Helena is 27 and works in Marketing and Sam is 24 and is an Occupational Therapist. They're looking for someone with a great personality, someone fun but who is also ideally considerate, clean and tidy. It's a very social house, they would like their housemate to be their friend too! (that sounds cheesy!)
