Room available in the City Centre

I have a room available in my 2 bedroom apartment.
The apartment has two bathrooms so you would essentially have your own to use.

The closest tram stop is City Hall and is literally a 3 minute walk away. The city centre is probably an additional 2 minute walk from there.

All bills are included in the rent including Sky and council tax.
There is an underground garage to securely store your bike (if you have one!) and parking may be available but at an additional cost.

Ideally, I would like to rent the room out on Monday to Friday which is reflected in the ad.

About me:

I work full-time during the week and spend most evenings at the gym.

I'm not particularly tidy so I don't expect you to be!
