Terraced house at Duncan Road, Crookes S10. Current 2 house mates are male between the ages of 24 - 26. Both are working.

The bedroom available a double size room, front facing onto the street, contains double bed with draws underneath, wardrobe, 2 bedside cabinets and 2 sets of draws. Desk and chair are not provided but there is enough space if you wish to bring your own.

Rent is £355 per calendar month INCLUSIVE of bills. Bond of £355 to be paid up front. Available from end of May / beginning of June. Tenancy agreement to be for minimum term of 6 months.

About the rest of the house... Bright and welcoming shared living room. 40 inch wall-mounted HD TV, Sky Plus HD (entertainment package) and Playstation 3. BT Infinity unlimited wireless broadband.

Kitchen contains all usual white appliances and utensils. Leading off the kitchen is a pantry with shelving for food storage.

The bathroom does not have a shower but the water pressure is good and the bath fills up quickly.

Paved garden area at the rear of the house, 3 chairs, table and washing line. Very nice for sitting out when the weather is nice and great for BBQs! Very friendly and quiet neighbours.

A little about the area... This house is situated near the bottom of Duncan Road right next to all the conveniences. As you may know Crookes is very popular and has everything you need within easy walking distance... local shops, supermarkets, pubs, cafe’s, restaurants, takeaways, and the No. 52 bus service which runs very regularly taking you straight into the City Centre within 15 minutes, or to Hillsborough going the opposite way. You could even walk to town if you wish to. You basically have everything you need on your doorstep.

Crookes is also within walking distance to the Sheffield University, student union, hospitals, and Broomhill, another popular and student area containing more cafe’s, pubs etc. and also the Goodwin Sports Centre with sports hall, swimming bath and squash court. You have the added sense of security knowing that you are safe here as well.
