The house is midway between both City and Collegiate Campus' and just a short stroll into the town centre for a night out. The house has a new kitchen and bathroom, there is a washer/dryer and fridge/freezer, gas hob and electric oven. The fully tiled bathroom has a bath and electric shower over. there is also a separate living room with a flatscreen tv!
